At All Done Design and Build Ltd, we are proud of our team’s achievements over the last four years. Our management team have over thirty years experience in the construction industry between them and have built a quality company of highly skilled and experienced professionals.
Oner Avara, Managing Director.
All Done Design and Build Ltd is a family run business, and Oner Avara began his career in construction at the age of 12, working on building sites with his father, a self employed builder who specialized in shuttering carpentry. He worked closely with his father over the next 13 years, mastering his trade and learning his building skills through first hand experience. His commercial and accountancy education was achieved through five years of commercial high school study and work placements. Oner learnt his management, marketing and business skills from studying economics at the “Anatolia University of Business Management” in Mersin, Turkey.
After gaining valuable additional experience and an insight into the local building market by working with other construction firms in London, Oner established All Done Design & Build Ltd. With the combination of his business and technical skills and an excellent attitude to customer service, Oner put together the management team that is still in place today.
Karen Garb, Sales and Marketing Director
Karen has many years of experience in Business Development and Marketing, as well as previous knowledge in Human Resources and Health & Safety. Karen’s experience in HR has helped her to establish firm working partnerships with the firm’s clients, suppliers and subcontractors. Her understanding of business development has helped the firm realise that, by focusing on client satisfaction, they positively influence the bottom line. In particular, Karen was instrumental in implementing the computerised client help solution that ensures that all contracted clients are allocated a fast response to any new maintenance issues that may occur from time to time. Karen also deserves credit for the low staff turnover and the employee loyalty that has become part of the culture at All Done Design and Build Ltd.
Sakib Alvi, Financial Controller
Sakib brings his considerable skills to the financial side of the business. He has a first class Masters Degree with honours and he qualified for his MBA in Corporate Finance. He is currently pursuing CIMA and he is instrumental in helping with the financial aspects of the business strategy. As an accomplished cricketer in his spare time, he always plays with a straight bat!
All Done Design and Build Ltd have put together an impressive team of over 25 professionals, from architects, project managers and site managers to electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and bricklayers, enabling them to offer a wide variety of services.
We are committed to development and training and our staff are constantly updating their skills and qualifications, and regularly participate in CPD courses. It is our intention that all our staff will have CSCS certifications by 2006. |
