All Done Design is the result of a collaboration between two people with a shared vision: to create exciting and innovative architecture supported by a gold standard service.

Founded on the success of the All Done Group, the architectural design practice is overseen by Oner Avara and Gwill Symons BSc BArch PG Dip ARB RIBA. Both men believe passionately in their goals and aspirations for the company and in providing the service they promise to their clients.

All Done Design and Build was established in 2002 by Oner Avara as general building and maintenance contractors, based in North London . The company worked with commercial and residential clients offering a range of services, with additional architectural design when required. However, as time passed clients demanded a more bespoke service and it became apparent that the company needed to reorganise to achieve this.

In September 2009 the All Done Group was created and the design, build and maintenance facilities were separated to become:

• All Done Design – architectural services
• All Done Build - construction
• All Done Maintenance – planned and reactive building maintenance

In addition, there are two further companies affiliated to the Group:

• All Done Contract Cleaning – commercial office cleaning
• Plumbonline.net – plumbing supplies

Oner Avara:

Working with his father, a carpenter, Oner mastered his trade and building skills through hands on experience. He studied commercial and accountancy practices at a commercial high school and completed his management, marketing and business skills studies at the Anatolia University of Business Management in Mersin , Turkey .

Moving to London , Oner worked with several building contractors where he gained valuable insight into the local building market. This prompted him to start his own company, All Done Design and Build, which has been extremely successful, operating throughout Greater London.

Gwill Symons:

Gwill Symons BSc BArch PG Dip Arch ARB RIBA read Architecture at the Welsh School of Architecture in Cardiff before qualifying as an architect at the School of Architecture and the Built Environment at the University of Westminster , London . Prior to joining forces with Oner to form All Done Design, Gwill worked for private practices in London 's West End and in Sevenoaks , Kent .

With a keen interest in building technology and sustainability and a passion for architectural design theory, Gwill qualified as an architect in just seven years. He completed his first architectural commission, a £2m commercial/conservation new build and refurbishment project in Bracknell , Berkshire , at the age of 26 and has since worked on a variety of projects and building types from residential and commercial to education and conservation.

Gwill relishes the challenge of developing and expanding this young and enthusiastic practice, rapidly establishing it as a dynamic and forward thinking architectural service provider. With plans to promote and expand both their domestic and commercial sector client base, Gwill and Oner predict a bright future for the practice, based on the All Done ethos of hard work, honesty and creativity.
